Authorization to Receive Mail

You have the option of authorizing up to five persons you trust (secretary, assistant etc.) to receive mail on your behalf.

The persons you have specified will then be allowed to receive all letters addressed to the company or the legal person in question.

However, letter mail items marked as "Do not deliver to authorized agents" will still only be delivered to the addressee.

Just go to your local postal branch to set up an authorization to receive mail. A flat rate applies.
