Effective May 1, 2011, you can choose between our Prio option (delivery time E+1) or Eco (E+3) to send your letter-mail items.

To calculate the postage, the following factors are used:

• Format
• Weight
• Machine processability
• Delivery time (Prio/Eco)

Requirements for the "Eco" option:

• Posting at a distribution centre
• Postage for Eco letter paid in cash
• Minimum quantity 1,000 units
• No additional services available

Non-deliverable letter-mail items are returned to the sender without additional charge. If items are not machine processable, the next higher rate will be charged. Our other services for letter mail items are available in combination with our delivery option “Prio” only. Rates indicated do not include postage. Value-added tax is charged independently of the main service delivered.
