Instead of affixing stamps or using a franking machine, you can also use a "postage paid" indicia provided by Austrian Post (see sample). This option is available for a minimum of 20 letter mail items of the same type.

The second-to-last line must state the postal branch where the items were mailed from and include the corresponding ZIP code.
The size of the "postage paid" indicia may be changed, but the proportion of the sides must remain the same. The framed rectangle must have an area of at least 300 mm².

The print must not exceed the postage area.

All you have to do is use our online system to upload the picture you would like to use. Please use pictures in JPEG format. Austrian Post will print your personalized stamps within four weeks after the picture has been approved. If you are ordering 10,000 stamps or more, please contact your customer advisor.
