Austrian Post has introduced Post 24 Parcel Machines, allowing you to collect and mail (e.g., returns to mail-order companies) parcels at any time of the day or night. Maximum convenience is guaranteed.
(Please note: letters and small parcels cannot be posted at Post 24).

Independent of opening hours:

Use this service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Available at 24 locations throughout Austria.

Collecting your parcel at a parcel machine:

You will receive a text message notification as soon as your parcel has arrived at the parcel machine. To collect your parcel, all you have to do is enter your pickup code.

Sending parcels from a parel machine:

Our Post 24 automated parcel machines are perfect for quickly returning items to mail-order companies. They are open 24/7. To return, just use the return sticker.
