If you want your parcel delivered to a Post.24 parcel machine near you, just follow these steps
- Tell your friends, relatives or business partners at which Post.24 parcel machine you would like to pick up your parcel and give them your mobile phone number. Post.24 parcels may be sent through any postal branch in Austria.When placing your next order, just ask your mail-order company if this service is already available.
- As soon as your parcel has arrived, you will immediately be notified via text message or e-mail, You will receive two messages with one pickup code each.
- Come to the Post.24 parcel machine you have chosen and take your mobile phone with you. Then follow the instructions on the screen.
- Use the screen to enter the pickup code specified in the text message. The compartment door will open.
- Please take out your parcel and close the compartment door.
Do you want to return a package to the mail-order company you have ordered from?
- Just affix the return sticker provided by your mail-order company over the original address label.
- Take your return parcel to the Post.24 parcel machine and follow the easy instructions shown on the screen.
- Hold the return sticker in front of the reading device to scan the parcel's code. A compartment door will open.
- Put your parcel inside this compartment and close the door. The system will then print a confirmation of receipt for you.
Would you like to send a parcel to a Post.24 parcel machine?
- You can mail your Post.24 parcel from any postal branch in Austria. Mark your parcel as a Post.24 parcel by writing "Post.24 Paketautomat" on it and provide the recipient's name and the address of the Post.24 parcel machine you want it delivered to.
- Please keep in mind that the maximum dimensions for parcels delivered to Post.24 parcel machines are 35 x 37 x 61 cm (W x H x L).
- When mailing your parcel, please give the postal office employee your mobile phone number.
