Members confirmed in election

During the Annual General Meeting of Österreichische Post AG held on 26 April 2005, the Supervisory Board stood for re-election as the regular function period had expired. All of the members were confirmed in their functions. 
The successor of Dieter Seegers-Krückeberg, who had retired from his post in September, was elected by special ballot.
 

Österreichische Post AG’s financial statements 2004 as approved by the General Assembly and the Supervisory Board will be presented to the public at a press conference on 27 April 2005, 10 a.m., at the Dachsaal of Wiener Urania (Uraniastraße 1, 1010 Wien).
