The wait is over: Austrian Post has introduced Post.24 Parcel Machines, allowing you to collect and mail (e.g., returns to mail-order companies) parcels at any time of the day or night. Maximum convenience is guaranteed.
(Please note: letters and small parcels cannot be posted at Post.24).

Use this service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Available at 24 locations throughout Vienna - and more to come.
Collecting your parcel at a Post.24 location
You will receive a text message notification as soon as your parcel has arrived at the parcel machine. To collect your parcel, all you have to do is enter your pickup code.
Sending parcels from a Post.24 location
Our Post.24 automated parcel machines are also perfect for returning items to mail-order companies. They are open 24/7. To return, just use the return sticker provided by your mail-order company.
