Health management



Our 20,000 employees translate into a unique responsibility for Austrian Post. After all, work is much easier when one is healthy, which is why we continuously introduce activities to promote employee health and safety. As part of our health management at different locations, we offer preventive programmes designed to maintain and promote health and fitness for work on a regular basis. these include vaccinations, programmes to stop smoking or eye health check-ups. In addition, we provide health consultation and offer health days.

Austrian Post runners

Another area of focus is sports: in 2017 alone, Austrian Post paid the starting fee for a total of 4,002 employees at 17 running events. 26 colleagues even ran backwards: to promote our pick-up service, they ran backwards to the finish line with a parcel in their hands during the Vienna City Marathon.
