Brochures top the list
For many years, brochures have ranked among the most popular advertising formats among Austrians. They still top the list.
Studies carried out by Marketagent.com clearly confirm this preference. A large percentage of interviewees stated that they use brochures as the main source of information before making purchasing decisions, ranging from groceries to consumer goods and cars. When purchasing clothing items, approximately 53.2% of clients rely on brochures for their purchasing decisions. In the case of furniture, the percentage reaches 57.8%.
Brochures are essential and highly popular
The "flyer study" by the Gallup Institute shows that brochures influence the purchasing decisions of 60% of those polled. 66% receive broschures predominantly in the mail and enjoy reading them. This has been underscored by the PRORES study carried out by FOCUS.
