Receive letter mail via an authorization to receive mail - business
You have the option of authorizing up to 5 persons you trust to receive mail on your behalf. The persons you have specified will then be allowed to receive all letters sent to the company or you as a legal person. However, letter mail items marked as "Do not deliver to authorized agents" will still be delivered to the addressee only.
How do I set up an authorization to receive mail?

Set up an authorization to receive mail at a postal branch near you
- Required documents:
An official picture ID of the person authorized to sign
Current company register sheet, association register sheet or similar document
- Your personal presence is not required
- No need to pick up anything at your local postal branch
- Up to 20 persons authorized to receive mail can be determined
