Use our two-day delivery window for even more exact planning of your Info.Mail items. After you have made your reservation, delivery will take place exactly on the 4th and 5th business day after posting.

Preparing for shipping

Inquiry about the two-day delivery window:
- via the Österreichische Post Posting Manager
- 7 days before posting at the latest
- We will let you know within one business day if your reservation has been confirmed.
- Please place a separate inquiry for any item variations
Pre-notification of posting: 5 days before posting at the latest
Shipping documents: use your reservation number when entering addresses in the Österreichische Post Posting Manager
Posting your items: 4 days before the start of the delivery window at distribution centres, large-volume branches, or residential postal branches

If there are any changes to your planned mailing (amount, weight, format), please place another inquiry 7 days before posting at the latest.
