Use our one-time parcel forwarding option to forward specific items or our permanent parcel forwarding option to conveniently forward all your parcels to a different address.

One-time forwarding

You can set up our one-time parcel forwarding service in the item tracking menu or in the Österreichische Post app.

Have your parcel forwarded to a postal branch/Post Partner/shop (postal branch, Post Partner or Hermes ParcelShop) or a pickup station anywhere in Austria. You can also choose a preferred neighbour or indicate a preferred spot at your home. Choose our preferred delivery day service to push delivery back by up to 5 business days.

Important information

Information about your order for permanent parcel redirection is available in your Österreichische Post account under My delivery services.
Permanent parcel redirections can be set up for a maximum of two years. For us to be able to successfully set up a redirection, we need to perform a data check. It involves checking the data in your Österreichische Post account (name and address) against the electronic data that the sender sends us for your item. For instance, if you have indicated a middle name in your Österreichische Post account but not in the online shop, this data check will not be successful. If the data do not match, items will be delivered to the indicated address.
