Information about sending letter mail intems containing documents to Russia and Belarus:

Currently, the acceptance of letter mail items containing documents to Russia and Belarus is possible. The destinations are open for sending documents for all letter mail products. Due to the reduced transport options, transit time delays may occur.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the sender to inform himself/herself about the applicable export and import regulations as well as the current sanctions and to comply with them. Österreichische Post is not aware of the contents of the consignment; Österreichische Post assumes no responsibility for the contents of the items and any liability on the part of Austrian Post for any inadmissible contents is excluded.

The dispatch of consignments containing goods, parcels and Post Express International shipments is not possible due to limited transport options.

Mail delivery varies depending on the country. Many countries are currently limiting personal contact, which is why oftentimes no signature from the recipient is required as proof of receipt.
