File a damage report at a postal branch near you

Damage reports are free of charge!

Damages regarding items received from abroad may only be claimed by the addressee in Austria. In the case of items sent abroad, the addressee abroad must report the damage to the delivery service in charge.

Make sure you take digital pictures of the merchandise and the packaging and describe the damage. This is very important for your damage report to be processed.

Please keep the item (all content and the original packaging) until you hear back from the person taking care of your case, which will take 7 days maximum.

Please also let the sender know about the damage. Damages may be processed at a later point following the stipulations of our GTC, usually in collaboration with the client of Austrian Post.
