Sonja Stockmayer heads Österreichische Post AG’s Courier-Express-Parcel division

Courier-Express-Parcel (CEP) division operative since 1 July 2002
With Hans Baumann, Stockman co-heads more than 2000 employees

As of 1 July 2002, Sonja Stockmayer, born in 1967 in Vienna, has taken over the management of the CEP division together with Hans Baumann, the former managing director of DPD Austria.

Having studied business economics at the Vienna University of Economics, Sonja Stockmayer worked as product manager and marketing director at Bosch (car equipment/retail sector) and Junkers before joining Österreichische Post AG in 2000.
As assistant to Josef Halbmayr, director for sales and marketing, Sonja Stockmayer was entrusted with leading and coordinating a variety of projects. Her responsibilities included, among other things, the implementation of a new organizational setup and operations structure for the Board, participation in the development of a concept for the sales organization in the divisions, and project management for a number of sales projects.

As head of the CEP division, Sonja Stockmayer is now in charge of marketing, sales, and support functions. Hans Baumann takes care of production, operative workflows, and international affairs.
The CEP division, one of five divisions of Österreichische Post AG (the other four being Letters, Counter Services - Branch Network, Info-Mail, and Media Services) has more than 2000 employees.
