Xmas-Card and Schreiber.link: Turn your e-mails into letters or postcards

In the pre-Christmas season, Österreichische Post AG is not only handling a multiple of the average volume of letters and parcel, but also has special Christmas products to offer.

Xmas bonus letter:
The bonus letter comes with a stamp already pre-printed on the envelope. No more need to buy any extra stamps. For the bonus letter does not have a weight limit: you pay the same even with increased total weight.
And for the Christmas season, we now have the Xmas bonus letter waiting for you. Available at your post office in sets of five letters decorated with seasonal motifs and featuring a pre-printed stamp, at a price of € 3.63 per set.

For Internet freaks: Xmas-Card and Schreiber.link
For those of you who prefer writing their mail on the computer, there’s still a way to have your seasons greetings sent in the form of a post card. How? With the Xmas Card. We will print the text you wrote online onto a post card, attach a special Christmas stamp and postmark and send it off to its destination. You can choose between five different designs. The price for one card is € 2.50; you can pay via credit card or paysafecard.
And this service is not only available during the Christmas season. At http://schreiberlink.post.at, or under the “Online Services” menu item on Österreichische Post AG’s website, www.post.at, you can provide online text for letters, post cards and even facsimiles throughout the year. We print the data in our print center and then deliver letters at € 1.35, post cards at € 1.25, or facsimiles at € 0.89, all over Austria.

Your local post office has a lot more in store for you Christmas-wise: from Xmas parcel boxes to a broad range of seasons greetings cards to seasonal wrapping and packaging material.
Don’t forget to use optically corresponding postage as well: the “Christmas 2002” special issue postage stamp is Euro-denominated for the first time this year. 10 million copies of this € 0.51 stamp have been issued.
