Quality products at one-stop-shop
Post.at - the state-of-the-art version of the “classic” post office - is attractively designed and offers an innovative range of supplementary products. The sales mix includes a variety of products from the stationery, office supplies, and gifts sector as well as a selection of best-selling books and CDs. Another attractive feature are two surf-points enabling low-price Internet surfing based no pre-paid cards.
This new type of post office is Österreichische Post AG’s response to changed customer requirements. The Post-at concept was developed on the basis of market research data and customer surveys. It has been designed to meet the customers’ key requirements: attractive location, enlarged product and service offering, customer orientation, and increased flexibility.
