Quick and easy at-home franking with parcel stamps
- Click on Create parcel stamp.
- Select the desired shipping option (standard up to 10 kg or express parcel stamp up to 31.5 kg)
- Enter your parcel's dimensions.
- Add optional additional services (recipient information via e-mail or personal delivery). Please note that not all additional services are available and that certain items may not be posted with parcel stamps (see FAQ Parcel Stamps).
- Enter the recipient and the sender.
- As an option, you can upload an image or a logo that will be printed on the parcel stamp.
- At the checkout, you can select one of many payment options.
- Print your parcel stamp and affix it to your parcel's largest surface (15 x 21 cm minimum).
- Drop your item off at an Österreichische Post service location near you or choose collection from your home.
- View the status of your package in the "Send my items" section
Parcel stamp rates standard
The size will determine the applicable rate. The maximum weight for each parcel is 10 kg.

This service is part of universal services and as such exempt from VAT and includes road toll EUR 0.24 for Austria or includes the road toll of EUR 0.37 for Germany and aother european countries.

Please note that there is no shipping to EU overseas territories or to areas that do not belong to the EU customs and fiscal area (such as Greenland, Canary Islands, Melilla, Channel Islands, etc.).
