2027 GTC – price and product changes

Price and product changes for letter mail, advertising mail and periodicals and sponsoring from 1 January 2027

We will be making changes to our products and rates effective 1 January 2027. For further details, please see below.

Further service changes

Info.Post Collect/Info.Post Collect Plus

In future, you can benefit from the attractive Info.Post Collect rates for mailings of just 3,000 items or more. Your advertising mail will be delivered during the second "Kuvert" delivery cycle of the week, usually on Thursdays and Fridays. This makes cost-effective delivery in "Kuvert" even more attractive for smaller mailing volumes.

Info.Post Collect Branch

From 1 January 2027, Austrian Post will expand its Info.Post range with a new product for machine-processable advertising mail: Info.Post Collect Branch.

Benefit from rates 10% lower than Info.Post Classic and a particularly straightforward posting process. You can conveniently post your mailings at any Austrian Post branch, Post Partner outlet or distribution centre throughout Austria.

  • Easy posting at all Austrian Post branches, Post Partner outlets and distribution centres
  • Ideal for machine-processable advertising mail in “Kuvert”
  • Scheduled delivery on Thursdays and Fridays

How it works:

A minimum of 3,000 items is required to use Info.Post Collect Branch.
Your items must:

  • Be notified in advance via Austrian Post Posting Manager Pro or the Austrian Post Shipping Tool at least two weeks before the requested delivery date.
  • Be handed in at an Austrian Post branch, Post Partner outlet or distribution centre no later than one week before delivery (by Friday, before the acceptance cut-off time).
  • Be bundled and ready for posting.

Delivery will take place in accordance with the Info.Post Collect Branch delivery calendar, which will be published at post.at/infopostcollectfiliale.

Further service changes 

Sponsoring.Mail 

From 1 April 2027, the Sponsoring.Mail N and S rates will be merged into a single rate. Rate S will remain available to all eligible customer groups. The Sponsoring.Mail S prices effective from 1 January 2027 will apply.
Also, a surcharge of €0.10 per item will be introduced for mailings containing inserts other than paper inserts. For more information, please visit post.at/sponsoring-mail-aktuell
