Choose our business pick-up service for easy parcel posting

Our business pick-up service is a great option for small businesses that post small parcel volumes on an infrequent basis. You can have up to 5 labeled parcels picked up at the desired address and you can also use this service to have return items from your clients picked up. As soon as your parcels are ready for shipping, just order our pick-up service via the Österreichische Post shipping software or your own system. All you need is a deferred payment agreement. For extra convenience, you can order our pick-up service for the very next business day.

Your benefits at a glance: 

• Have your ready labeled business parcels picked up at an address of your choice or, if needed, at a safe spot at the pickup address
• Flat fee of EUR 3.48 (including VAT) for the collection of up to five parcels
• Collection available for the following business day (Monday through Friday); you can book this service up to 7 days in advance 
• Service can be cancelled until 11:59 Uhr p.m. on the previous day
• If desired, we will e-mail you information about the status of the collection process
• Conveniently order the pick-up service from your clients for items with business parcel stamps or return labels
