1. To register for the service, please click on our contact form and fill in all required fields.

2. In the “message” field, please insert the following text template and enter your details under “name” and “address”:

In the event that, after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, items addressed to me are held at the address stated below or an item addressed to me is delivered directly to an Austrian Post station, I hereby request that the item be placed in the height-restricted area of the Austrian Post station.
If placement in the height-restricted area is not possible, I agree to the item being held or delivered to an Austrian Post service location.
The authorization for the use of this service is valid for a limited period of one year from the date stated in the order confirmation.
