The insulated box, outer carton and cooling packs are available online in the Business Parcel Shop.

The insulated box is dishwasher-safe and can be cleaned and disinfected in a commercial kitchen dishwasher.

With the “Immediate return” add-on service: The FreshPack is handed over to the recipient, who unpacks it, and the reusable insulated box is returned immediately via the delivery staff.

If the recipient is not at home, the parcel will be left at the doorstep (included).

If drop-off is not possible, the parcel is returned to the sender immediately.

Delivery to a preferred neighbour is only possible if explicitly requested.

The number of cooling packs pre-chilled for at least 24 hours must be sufficient to ensure 48 hours of effective cooling.
