Declaration of consent

You consent to Austrian Post (“Austrian Post”, “we”, “us”) processing your personal data — namely:

title, first name, last name;
date of birth;
address;
telephone number;
e-mail address;
information on your user behaviour on our digital services (websites and apps) and on your click and open behaviour (newsletters, marketing enquiries);
information about purchased products, services, and interests

for the purpose of informing you about products, services and brands of Austrian Post. This also includes information about products, services and brands of other providers distributed by Austrian Post.

For this purpose, we may contact you via:

e-mail, newsletters, apps;
postal direct mailings;
telephone (including via messenger services, where applicable).

You may also be shown tailored advertisements for our products, services and promotions on external digital platforms, services and websites (in particular via Google Ads and social media platforms) or advertising for products you have already purchased may be excluded.

For this purpose

e-mail address, first name, last name, country, postcode and date of birth

is transferred to external digital providers (Google LLC, Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited ,Meta Platforms, Inc., Snap Inc.) and matched with their data records to enable the display of relevant advertising.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using one of the following options:

via the unsubscribe link included in every e-mail message;

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
