Authorisation to receive mail

You can authorise up to 5 persons you trust to receive mail on your behalf. These persons will be able to receive letters, packets, parcels and express items addressed to you. The only exception are items labeled as "Do not deliver to persons authorised to receive mail" because these items may be delivered to the addressee only.

How can I set up an authorisation to receive mail?

  1. Request online
  2. Provide authorisation at your local postal branch
    Required documents: an official photo ID of the person authorised to sign
