Compliance
Regulations included in our compliance policy are internal rules designed to ensure compliance with official regulations relating to securities and stock markets.
In order to prevent insider dealings or unlawful disclosure of inside information, Austrian Post has introduced a binding, group-wide compliance policy that is in line with currently valid European and Austrian capital market regulations and the Compliance for Issuers Ordinance of the Financial Market Authority. The compliance officer of the Austrian Post Group monitors compliance with this policy and updates insider lists. With its compliance policy, Austrian Post meets and exceeds its legal obligations in an effort to establish an integrated, group-wide compliance management system. In addition to ensuring compliance with binding capital market regulations, this system is designed to promote the lawful and policy-compliant behaviour of employees and provide support by implementing specific measures. Austrian Post raises awareness and understanding of compliance requirements among employees who are subject to these requirements by providing periodic training and updated information.
Directors’ dealings are always disclosed publicly in accordance with legal regulations and the rules included in the Austrian Corporate Governance Code (C-Rule 73).
