EFFECTIVE SUSTAINABILITY COMMUNICATOR AWARD

Austrian Post reached second place at the Effective Sustainability Communicator Austria Award 2023. The analysis included not only the sustainability reports of the ATX companies but also the coherent reporting on sustainability across all communication channels. The award was presented by the consulting firm Kirchhoff Consult and the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.

AUSTRIAN SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING AWARD

At the Austrian Sustainability Reporting Award (ASRA) – the award for the best Austrian sustainability reports – Austrian Post placed second in the ATX-Prime category in 2023. The ASRA recognises Austrian companies that exemplify the demand to provide inform comprehensive, clear, and transparent information about their sustainability performances.

AWARDS FOR THE SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING POST LOOP

The new service for the use of reusable packaging in e-commerce "Post Loop" has received numerous awards. The ICEBERG Innovation Leadership Award 2023 was presented by the Austrian Innovation Forum (AIF). Austrian Post was able to prevail in the categories of degree of innovation, innovation culture, potential, and sustainability through its use in "Post Loop" and was pleased to receive the award. A particular honour was also the award of the Grand Sustainability Prize 2023, which is given annually by the BVL Federal Logistics Association in cooperation with the international weekly newspaper "Verkehr". The award winner was chosen by a panel of experts as well as a public vote, in which "Post Loop" was able to score with its outstanding performance in the area of sustainability.

DELOITTE AWARD CEO & CFO AWARDS

In April, Deloitte Austria, together with Börse Express and the CFO Club Austria, awarded the 16th CEO & CFO Awards to the best executives of domestic public companies. Board members Georg Pölzl and Walter Oblin were the winners of the special category ESG 2023.

IV DIVERSITY AWARD SPECTRUM

The newly created IV Diversity Award aims to recognise the commitment of model companies in the industry in the area of diversity. The award was given for the first time in November 2023, with Austrian Post being honoured in the category of inclusion of people with disabilities.

KURIER – POPULAR EMPLOYER

According to a study conducted by the Institute for Management and Economic Research, Austrian Post once again ranks among the popular employers in Austria. This makes Austrian Post one of the few companies to have achieved the "Popular Employer" seal of approval for four consecutive years.

LEADING EMPLOYER AUSTRIA 

In July, Austrian Post was once again named among the "LEADING EMPLOYERS", i.e., the top 1% of all employers in Austria. The LEADING EMPLOYERS quality seal is under the supervision and consultation of an advisory board, consisting of experts from science and business. The award is determined every year in an independent study.

MARKET INSTITUT – BEST EMPLOYER AUSTRIA  

As part of the "Best Employer Austria 2023" study by the MARKET Institute, Austrian Post was recognised as a top employer. The institute regularly conducts studies on the attractiveness of employers in Austria, focusing on categories such as working conditions and employee well-being.

BRANDS 4YOUNG TALENTS – APPRENTICESHIP MARKETING AWARD

The apprenticeship academy is part of the Austrian Post Academy and a central component of our apprenticeship training. The project received a silver award at the Apprenticeship Marketing Awards "Brands 4Young Talents 2023".

"POPULAR APPRENTICE TRAINING COMPANY 2023/24"

The special commitment to apprenticeship training was rewarded with two awards in 2023. With the "Popular Training Company 2023/24" seal of approval, Austrian Post was honoured as one of the most esteemed Austrian training companies.

AUSTRIA'S BEST 

The award "Austria's Best" – for companies that excel through innovation, sustainable commitment, and an outstanding reputation as an employer – was bestowed upon Austrian Post by the daily newspaper "Kurier".

CIO MAGAZINE – DIVERSITY AWARD "CIO OF THE YEAR“

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Austrian Post was honoured by the jury of the "CIO of the Year" as the winner of the first-ever Diversity Award.
