Note on the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)

From 30.12.2026, Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 (“Deforestation Regulation” or “EUDR”) will introduce new requirements for products listed in Annex I (see link) of the Deforestation Regulation—namely, those that contain cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soy, and wood, or that have been fed with these products or produced using them, when imported into or exported from the European Union. Depending on the contents of your shipment, this may result in additional requirements during customs clearance.
