Receive parcels in Austrian Post's reusable packaging

Austrian Post is constantly exploring ways to make delivery and shipping more resource-efficient. This includes the ongoing expansion of its electric vehicle fleet, with the goal of achieving CO₂-free delivery by 2030. Given the boom in e-commerce, reusable packaging is also playing an increasingly important role.

With Austrian Post's reusable Post Loop packaging, shipments arrive in packaging that can be used multiple times. What makes it special: after receiving the shipment, recipients simply send the empty packaging back so that it can be used again for shipping. This allows the packaging to be reused up to 30 times.

The Post Loop parcel is a wood‑fibre cardboard box that can be reused up to 10 times. Returns couldn’t be easier: fold the empty box and return it at any Austrian Post location.
