Sustainability is a top priority for us, and has long been part of our day-to-day business at Austrian Post. In addition to the CO2-neutral delivery of all mail items in Austria, the country's largest electric vehicle fleet and the environmentally friendly construction of logistics facilities, reusable packaging is becoming increasingly important in the face of booming e-commerce.

With Austrian Post's reusable Post Loop packaging, orders are delivered in an even more sustainable way. What makes it special: after use, customers simply send the empty packaging back so it can be reintegrated into the reusable cycle. This allows the packaging to be reused up to 30 times.

The Post Loop parcel is a wood‑fibre cardboard box that can be reused up to 10 times. Returns couldn’t be easier: fold the empty box and return it at any Austrian Post location.
