For dual delivery, Austrian Post accepts your data and checks if the recipient can be reached electronically. If so, we provide inexpensive delivery to the e-letterbox as an e-letter. If not, we will print the document, insert it into an envelope, and deliver it physically. This is how your item always finds the most inexpensive way to your customers.
For transactional printing, printing data are transmitted via an interface or SFTP upload.
The item will be delivered to the recipient without fail. For electronic items, you can track your items’ delivery status from delivery to opening via our interface.
