The recruitment process

  • Applications can be submitted all year round via the Austrian Post careers page.
  • Candidates can apply directly online.
  • Confirmation of receipt is sent once the application has been submitted.
  • Our recruiters carefully review each application based on the following criteria: completeness (cover letter, CV, certificates).
  • The first contact is by phone.
  • If the call goes well, the candidate is invited to a company tour in the relevant department.
  • After the tour, the department decides on acceptance or rejection.
  • The department informs the recruitment team, who then notify the candidate of the outcome.
  • If the decision is positive, the recruitment process begins: the contract is drawn up, application documents are collected, and the recruitment team sends out the job offer to the candidate.
