You can use Österreichische Post's entire online offerings and set up services including redirections, parcel forwarding and release delivery authorisations online.
Some services require you to prove your identity. Identity verification is an easy and swift process and is done via our Österreichische Post customer service. For more information, please visit identity verification.
 

Österreichische Post is considered an essential business and as such we continue to provide all logistics services and services at our branches as usual.

Hygiene protocol for our service locations

At all our Österreichische Post branches and at our Österreichische Post Partner locations, all clients and staff members must wear an FFP2 mask that covers mouth and nose. Exceptions apply to childen and persons who cannot wear these masks for health reasons.

The number of clients might be restricted depending on the size of the branch; information about this will be displayed at the branch.

At our locations, please keep a distance of 2 metres to other clients. To make it easier to follow this guideline, we have added floor marking. We have also equipped our branches with disinfectant dispensers.
