Return shipments to Germany

Depending on the conditions of the online shop where you placed your order, you have the following options to return an AllesPost Germany parcel:

Option 1: I do not have a return label

If the online store from which you ordered provides a return address but does not provide a return label, you must return the goods yourself as an international item. Create a parcel stamp or contact your local postal branch.

Please note: If the online retailer does not provide you with an address for a return, you cannot return your AllesPost Germany item.

Option 2: I have a label for returns within Germany

If the online store you ordered from provides a return label for returns within Germany, please create an AllesPost Germany return label. Your item will then be sent to our shipping warehouse in Germany and duly forwarded to the online store.

How shipping works

Shipping with delivery note pocket

  1. Create an AllesPost Germany return label.
  2. Pack your item and attach the delivery note pocket to the outside of the parcel. Place the return label that you received from the online store where you placed your order in the delivery note pocket.
  3. Please also affix the AllesPost Deutschland return label to the outside of the parcel.
  4. Take the item to your local self-service station or Austrian Post service location and we will take care of everything else!


Shipping with double packaging

  1. Pack your item and attach the return label from the online store you ordered from to the outside of the parcel as usual.
  2. Create an AllesPost Germany return label.
  3. Take a second, larger parcel. Place the original parcel inside and frank it with the AllesPost Germany return label.
  4. Take the item to your local self-service station or Austrian Post service location and we will take care of everything else!
