To know at all times where outgoing items or internal correspondence are, an efficient and reliable tracking system is key. This is particularly important for registered letters, where you naturally want to know their whereabouts. With our business mail tracking solution, both outgoing and incoming items from your mailroom are recorded, monitored and archived. This means you can check the status of any item at any time, both within the company and beyond.
After capture via a smartphone and OCR address extraction, the item is assigned to the recipient. The recipient confirms receipt by signing in the app or using an NFC‑enabled staff ID card. The item and all associated data are then archived, so you can always trace who received the item and when.
All outgoing registered mail is scanned (here too, addresses are extracted via OCR), fed into the business mail tracking and grouped into task lists. The delivery status indicator provides an overview of all sent registered items. Business mail tracking uses an Austrian cloud, ensuring your sensitive business data fully remain in Austria where strict security standards apply.
